By using miniMic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Acceptable Use

miniMic is built for street performance and fan interaction. The following behavior is prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, or hate speech in chat, profiles, or requests.
Uploading illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Impersonating performers, fans, or other users.
Trying to manipulate points, sponsorship, or reward systems.
Using the platform for unauthorized commercial misuse.

For Performers

Buskers remain responsible for their own performance content, permits, and any rights needed for songs or public appearances. miniMic does not grant legal permission to perform.

Points and Sponsorship

Points are an in-platform value used for support and participation features. They are not cash and cannot be redeemed as real-world currency. miniMic may adjust point and sponsorship systems over time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or community.
